Orange & Ginger Granola Serves 12 Prep: 5 mins / Cook: 15 mins / Total: 20 Ingredients 2 tbsp candied orange peel150g jumbo rolled oats50g whole almonds70g shelled pistachios1/2 tsp maldon salt2 heaped tsp ground ginger30g coconut oil, melted75g agave syrup2 tsp vanilla extract Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180c.2. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over a low heat.3. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add in the wet ingredients and mix well.4.
