When first tasting your Grass & Co. Luxury CBD Milk Chocolate, we recommend slowly and steadily building your dosage every day so you find the balance that works with your body.

In your first week, try taking your CBD Chocolate consistently at the same time every day. For best results, maintain your Grass & Co. CBD Oil routine daily.

Each 63g bar contains 70mg of CBD. The perfectly bite-sized squares of luxurious CBD Milk Chocolate deliver 4.3mg of CBD per square for easy and accurate dosing.

Melt slowly in mouth for a full flavour effect and to help maximum absorption of the CBD into your system for a longer lasting effect.

We do not recommend consuming more than one bar per day.

WHAT TO EXPECT
It can take from 5 - 30 minutes before you feel the benefit. As CBD can have a cumulative effect in your body, we do not recommend consuming more chocolate until you have waited until at least 30 minutes.

WHEN TO USE
