In your first week, try taking your CBD Chocolate consistently at the same time every day. For best results, maintain your Grass & Co. CBD Oil routine daily.

Each 63g bar contains 70mg of CBD. The perfectly bite-sized squares of luxurious CBD Dark Chocolate deliver 4.3mg of CBD per square for easy and accurate dosing.

Melt slowly in mouth for a full flavour effect and to help maximum absorption of the CBD into your system for a longer lasting effect.

We do not recommend consuming more than one bar per day.

WHAT TO EXPECT
It can take from 5 - 30 minutes before you feel the benefit. As CBD can have a cumulative effect in your body, we do not recommend consuming more chocolate until you have waited until at least 30 minutes.

WHEN TO USE
